The good news?
My male narrator (for The Portal and the Panther) and my female narrator (for The Girl Between Worlds) are both really, really good. Listening to the chapters they’re sending back to me has been so much fun — probably the closest I will ever come to hearing my books turned into something theatrical.
The bad news is the process has been soooooooo sloooooooooow. I love Andrew and Mirai to bits, but since my books are low priority for them, they are taking For Ever to record.
Still… I’m trying to stay positive and stay patient as this process progresses.
